Veeylo provides search and social marketing software for small businesses. When you use our website and services, Veeylo acts as the data controller for your account information. You can reach us at hello@veeylo.com.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account, such as your email address and name. You can sign in using email or Google sign-in.
When you use our service, we also collect project data you enter, such as website URLs, tracked keywords, and preferences. If you connect social accounts, we receive profile details authorized by the platform.
How we use it
We use your data to operate your account, run the search and social tools you request, send transactional notices, and bill your subscription. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not use your project data to train models. When you ask the Veeylo AI assistant a question, your question and the project notes it needs are sent to our AI model provider only to answer you.
Service providers
We partner with trusted technical providers to run Veeylo. Our database is hosted by Supabase, the web application runs on Cloudflare, transactional emails are sent via Resend, and payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
Instagram and connected accounts
Connecting an Instagram account lets Veeylo publish scheduled posts, read comments, and send automated direct messages you set up. You can disconnect your account at any time from your settings.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information as long as your account is active. When you delete a project, its associated data is removed from the app. You can also request complete account deletion at hello@veeylo.com.
Your choices
You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@veeylo.com to submit a request, and we will process it promptly without charge.
Children
Veeylo is designed for business use and is not directed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our tools expand. If we make material changes, we will post the updated date at the top of this page.
