- One cent of usage in Veeylo. It is not an ad credit and not phone minutes. Every check shows its price in credits before it runs.
- Check
- One question you ask Veeylo, like "where do I rank for this search?". Some are free, most cost a few credits.
- Keyword
- The words a customer types into Google, like "bakery near me". It has nothing to do with hashtags.
- Ranking
- Your place in Google's list for a search. Number 1 is the top. It has nothing to do with paid ads.
- Organic
- Unpaid Google results. The listings you did not pay for.
- Search volume
- About how many times a month people search for something.
- Difficulty (KD)
- How hard it is to reach the top for a search, from 0 to 100. Lower is easier.

Can I start without a card?
Yes. Create your workspace, add your business and your market and look around every screen without a card. Live checks use credits, from a plan or from a pack.
What is a credit?
Credits measure usage. One credit is one cent when you buy a pack. A typical check costs about 4 credits, and every check shows its cost before it runs.
Do credits expire?
Credits included in a plan refresh every month. Credits you buy in a pack last a year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no contract. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
Will Veeylo ever spend without asking?
No. Veeylo never spends on its own: checks run when you or your agent ask, and daily and monthly caps stop spending at the limit you set.
How much does a report cost?
Creating a PDF or CSV report is free: it uses data you already pulled. Only new checks use credits, and each one shows its cost first.
What are Veeylo AI replies?
Answers from the AI assistant inside Veeylo when you ask questions about your own data, like "why did my traffic drop?". They are counted apart from credits.
What does white-label mean?
On the Scale plan your reports carry your own logo and colors instead of Veeylo's, so you can send them to your clients as yours. Every plan can create the same reports with Veeylo branding.
Do you sell or train on my data?
No. We do not sell your data or use your project data to train models. The Veeylo AI assistant sends your question and the notes it needs to our AI provider only to answer you. Details are in the privacy policy.
